CONGRATULATIONS Tait and Lauren!!!!! I'm so excited for you both. God sure has blessed you both richly! BTW, I second the motion to see wedding pictures. ;-)
Hello everyone! Thank you so much for your comments!
Alysa - Keeping Tait's house is absolutely wonderful! : ) I couldn't ask to be the helpmeet of a more wonderful man! No, I haven't gotten any wedding pictures up yet. (Terrible; isn't it?) February 4 is 2 days after both Tait's birthday and Katelyn Grace's (my little sister's), so we're hoping this little baby arrives 2 days early!
Marcie - Hi! It was great talking with you the other day!
Rebecca - So good to hear from you! I really need to work on keeping the blogs updated so that all of the people back East can keep up with what's going on up here. Tait and I are working on setting up a blog of our own, which will hopefully be up and running soon!
Emily - Thank you! :D
Heartathome - It's so wonderful to hear from you! I was wondering if we'd lost you because of the shortage of posts recently. : ) We're still living in the downstairs of Tait's parents' duplex-like house, but should be in our house very soon. We'll be working on putting in the septic system tomorrow and the next day, and today we're going out to just clean some of the junk out of the yard. Tait's been doing a lot of work on the house, but there's still all of the "yard art" from the years when the lot was uninhabited and people used it as an end-of-the-road dump. : ) Things are coming along well, but there are always little holdups and delays, of course! Tait and I are working on getting our own blog up soon, but we're having trouble thinking of a name. Hopefully we'll get it figured out soon.
Sydney - Yes, I'll definitely work on getting wedding pictures up soon. : ) There will probably be some honeymoon pictures up before the wedding pictures, since I have a honeymoon post halfway finished already. I'll hopefully be able to finish it up sometime before the week's over. :D
Awww, you are so cute! I'm so happy for both of you! You are such a hope to me as I wonder if there is anyone out there worth waiting for... your story is a great example of that! I am so excited for the coming pictures! Take care!
FitzClan Our family consists of parents Mark & Wendy, and five kids: Lauren (21, now married and living in Alaska with her husband and little son), Leslie (19), Austin (18), Shannon (13), and Katelyn Grace (2). Each of us is a work in progress, but our desire is to glorify the Lord in all that we do.
Essential Posts to Bring You "Up-to-Speed" With All of the Goings-on
On February 2nd, 2007, the Lord sent us a very special gift in the person of a Down syndrome baby girl. While the Down syndrome was unexpected, the Lord was gracious. We can see how He has been preparing our family over the last ten years to take care of this extra special little blessing with which He has entrusted us.
Our prayer is that the Lord would use Katelyn Grace (Pure Grace) mightily. She has already touched each of our lives in a special way, and we thank the Lord for our little gift of precious, Pure Grace.
Precious Little Katelyn Grace

You look wonderful-and your due date is so close to Katelyn Grace's birthday!
Are you all settled in your own place now or still with Tait's family?
